Welcome to Tree of Life Behavioral Health, LLC. At Tree of Life Behavioral Health, we offer a variety of outpatient services to adults, children, adolescents, families, and couples. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, EMDR, Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Yoga Therapy, and much more is available for a variety of people struggling with a number of issues. We offer neuroaffirmative treatments for adults, teens, and children on the autism spectrum. At Tree of Life, we offer testing for autism and ADHD and can schedule testing within a month or two of your initial call.  Our licensed, professional staff will help guide you to the help you need.  At Tree of Life, we believe that all people deserve to get help they can afford from a qualified professional, and we offer all services on a sliding scale based on the income of the patient. If you do not have insurance or will be paying with cash, please scroll to the bottom of this page to see our sliding scale payments. We have multiple providers who accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicaid; please contact the front office for confirmation that we are able to accept your insurance provider. Every provider is credentialed with different insurances and some of our providers only accept self-pay options.

Sliding Scale Information

At Tree of Life Behavioral Health, we word with you to offer individual and couples therapy based on your household income.  We believe that everyone deserves to get the help they need, and we help low-income families and individuals by basing what you pay on what your family can afford. Please contact the front office for information on providers accept self pay.


Sliding Scale:
​Household Income                            Price Per Session

50,000 annually  or less                              $50
50,000- 60,000 annually                             $60
60,000-70,000 annually                              $70
70,000-80,000 annually                              $80
80,000 and 90,000                                        $100
100,000 plus                                   Full Price Session $150
Be advised that therapists may change their individual sliding scale rates.​

Assessment Costs

All testing is self pay; we do not bill insurance for our assessment costs. All deposits count toward the full testing balance.

Attention Deficit Disorder Testing:  $200*, $100 non-refundable deposit required to schedule
Autism Assessment:  $550*, $150 non-refundable deposit required to schedule
MMPI: $250*, $100 non-refundable deposit required to schedule

Full Battery:  $1000*+, $150 non-refundable deposit required to schedule. An intake will be completed prior to testing and after the intake the full price of the testing will be discussed.
